How do I top up my Hafilat card through the website?
Open the Recharge page, type the 10-digit card number, choose an amount (AED 5 minimum), and confirm the payment. No account required, no long form.
How long does the bus card recharge take?
Same working day for top-ups submitted during working hours (Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00). Late-evening, Friday and Saturday top-ups typically apply the next working morning. If you plan to travel early, top up in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard debit and credit cards issued in AED. All card details are entered on a secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
Are there fees and limits?
Minimum single top up is AED 5, maximum is AED 500 per transaction. A small fixed service fee is displayed before you confirm — no hidden charges after payment.
The payment went through but my balance did not update. What now?
Send us the card number and payment reference through Contacts or by email. We manually check the queue and re-submit the top up if it did not reach the transit system.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Card data is submitted on the payment page over an encrypted connection. Our servers do not receive full card numbers or CVV codes. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are possible when a top up did not reach the card and cannot be re-submitted. See our refund policy for exact rules and timing.
