What we do
AD Fare Point operates an online top-up service for Hafilat cards used on Abu Dhabi city and regional bus routes. Enter the 10-digit card number, choose an amount in AED, confirm the payment — the balance is queued for update on the transit network.
We are focused only on bus card recharge. We do not sell physical cards, we do not issue Emirates ID, we do not process fines or fare disputes.
What we are not
AD Fare Point is an independent third-party service. We are not the official Hafilat, we are not the Integrated Transport Centre, and we are not affiliated with any government authority of the United Arab Emirates. For card issuance, refunds after loss, or concession category changes, contact the official issuer directly.
How we operate
The service runs from Abu Dhabi. Support is provided by our small team during working hours (Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00). Payments are handled through a licensed payment page; our servers never see or store your full card details.
Fees and transparency
A small fixed service fee is displayed before you confirm any top up. There are no hidden charges, no auto-renewal, no subscriptions.
